To make Dal Kachori, you will need these ingredients:
Moong dal : half cup
Flour cup : one and a half cup
Ghee : three to four table spoons
Cumin seeds : one table spoon
Turmeric powder : half teaspoon
Garam masala : half teaspoon
Ginger powder : half teaspoon
Red chili powder : half teaspoon
Oil : for frying
Green chili : two to three
Salt : according to taste
Method of making Dal Kachori:
To make Dal Kachori, first of all, put flour in a big bowl, add a little salt for taste and add a spoon of ghee and mix it well. After this, start adding water little by little, then knead the dough. Just keep in mind that the dough should be soft. Now apply oil to the flour and wrap it in a cloth and leave it for about half an hour. Also, soak the moong dal and leave it for about an hour.
Now after the stipulated time, take the moong dal and add it to the mixture, then prepare a thick paste of it. Now take out this paste and keep it aside in a vessel. Now you have to take a pan and put two tablespoons of ghee in it, then let it heat on low flame. When the ghee is hot, add fennel, cumin and fennel and fry it well. When all these things are fried, add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli, dry mango powder and salt according to taste.
