Method of making Kabuli Chole :
To make chole, first of all, we will soak the Kabuli Chana in water overnight. We want to make this chole quickly, so we will not boil it first. We will heat two tablespoons of oil in a pressure cooker. As soon as the oil becomes hot, you can add the seasoning of cumin, chili, and bay leaves to it. When the Tadka crackles, add chopped onion, chopped tomato, and ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add onion and tomato, cover, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. When all the spices start leaving oil, add soaked chickpeas to it.
If you like thick gravy, then grind two spoons of chickpeas coarsely and mix well. When chickpeas are fried for 2 to 3 minutes, add two glasses of water and cook for 6 to 7 minutes. This will mix chickpeas and spices very well, and their taste will also be different. Finally, add finely chopped coriander and serve. It tastes very delicious.
