Let’s know what ingredients we will need to make raw turmeric vegetable!

Ingredients for making raw turmeric vegetable:

 

500 grams raw turmeric

 

Half a bowl of finely chopped onions

 

Half a bowl of finely chopped tomatoes

 

One teaspoon red chili powder

 

One teaspoon coriander powder

 

One teaspoon garam masala

 

Half a cup curd

 

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

 

One cup ghee

 

Salt according to taste

 

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method of making raw turmeric vegetable:

Wash turmeric thoroughly with water, remove its peel and cut it into small pieces. Keep the turmeric pieces under a fan and dry them for 10 to 15 minutes. This makes the vegetable tasty. Now heat two tablespoons of ghee in a pan. When the ghee becomes hot, add one teaspoon ginger garlic paste to it and fry for 1 minute. When the ginger garlic paste is fried well, add finely chopped onions to it and add all the ground spices and fry well for 3 to 4 minutes.

When a light fragrance starts coming from the spices, add turmeric pieces to it and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Finally, add half a bowl of curd and mix well. When all the spices are mixed well, add half a glass of water and cover and cook for 5 to 10 minutes. When turmeric is cooked well, add finely chopped coriander and mix.

Serve this delicious curry with roti or rice.
