Ingredients for Garlic Spinach Sabzi:
500 grams spinach
15 to 20 garlic cloves
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped tomato
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon chili
Half teaspoon coriander
Half teaspoon dry mango powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Half teaspoon chaat masala
Salt according to taste
Two tablespoons oil
Method of making Garlic Spinach Sabzi:
To make garlic spinach, first wash the spinach thoroughly and cook it for 2 to 3 whistles in the cooker. When the spinach is well cooked, prepare a fine paste with the help of a mixer grinder. Now put two teaspoons of oil in a pan and temper it with half a teaspoon of cumin seeds.
When the tempering crackles, add finely chopped onion and one teaspoon ginger garlic paste to it. When the onion is fried well, add all the ground spices and cook for one to two minutes.
When the spices start emitting a light aroma, add chopped tomatoes and garlic and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the oil starts oozing out of the spices, add the spinach paste to it and cook on high flame for two to three minutes. If you want, add one spoon of garam masala and half a spoon of chaat masala and mix.
