Ingredients to make Lauki Kofta:

500 grams bottle gourd

Half bowl of gram flour

Two large onions

Two tomatoes

One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

Table of turmeric

One teaspoon cumin powder

One teaspoon garam masala

One teaspoon coriander

One teaspoon chili

One teaspoon black pepper

One teaspoon Kashmiri red chili

Finely chopped coriander

One bowl oil

Salt according to taste

Method to make Lauki Kofta:

To make Lauki Kofta, first peel the bottle gourd and grate it. Add half a cup of gram flour, half a teaspoon turmeric, half a teaspoon cumin, half a teaspoon salt and half a teaspoon chili powder to the grated bottle gourd and prepare a mixture.

Now heat oil in a pan and make small pakoras of bottle gourd in it and take them out. Now add half a teaspoon cumin in the remaining oil and add finely chopped onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the onion is fried well, add the paste of two tomatoes in it. Cover and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
