To make Spicy Garlic Maggi, you will need these ingredients

Maggi: 1 packet

Garlic – 8 to 10 buds

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon

Oil – 2 teaspoons

Maggi masala – 1 packet

Spring onion – 1 finely chopped

Make Spicy Garlic Maggi using this method

First, take garlic, salt and red chilli powder and grind them coarsely. Now take a pan or wok and put oil in it. You can use any oil that you use for cooking. Add two teaspoons and heat it. Now place the garlic, salt and red chilli paste you have prepared in the oil and fry it. Now add one packet of Maggi masala and mix it well.

Add one cup of water and let it cook when it is mixed. After a while, cut the Maggi into small pieces, put them in the pan, and let it cook for 5-6 minutes. Remember that the flame of the gas medium should be kept; if you keep it too high, the Maggi will burn.
