Peanuts are easily available in every house. Peanuts are used in many ways. Many types of nutrients are also found in it. So today we are going to tell you a quick recipe of peanut chutney which you will prepare in minutes. You can use this chutney with idli, dosa or paratha.

Ingredients for making peanut chutney:
200 grams of peanuts
2 inches of tamarind
Juice of half a lemon
Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
Two whole dried red chillies
10 to 15 curry leaves
Two tablespoons of mustard oil
Salt according to taste
Method of making peanut chutney:
To make peanut chutney, first turn on the gas flame and heat a pan on low flame. When the pan is hot, fry the peanuts in it for three to four minutes. Take out the peanuts in a plate and keep them aside to cool. When the peanuts cool down properly, prepare a paste by mixing peanuts, three to four garlic cloves and half an inch piece of ginger in a mixer jar. Take out this paste and keep it in a big bowl.
Heat two spoons of oil in a pan and as soon as the oil is heated properly, add a tadka of one spoon of mustard seeds, two dried red chillies and curry leaves to it. When the tadka crackles, add the peanut paste to it. Finally, add salt as per taste and juice of half lemon and mix well.
