To make crispy, crunchy ladyfinger, you will need these ingredients

Ladyfinger
Gram flour: 3 teaspoons
Turmeric powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Kashmiri red chilli: 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Mango powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Oil: 3 teaspoons
Mustard seeds: 1/3 teaspoon
Asafoetida: 2 teaspoons
Onion: 1
Green chilli – 2 to 3
Dry red chilli – 2-3

Prepare ladyfinger quickly in this way

To make a ladyfinger, wash it, wipe it w, and cut it into two long pieces. Add gram flour, turmeric, Kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder, and dry mango powder and mix it well with your hands so that the bhindi gets seasoned.

Now take a pan, heat oil in it, add mustard seeds, and let them crackle then add mustard seeds, and after 2 seconds, add onion. Now, keep stirring the onion till it becomes golden. Then add one teaspoon of turmeric and red chilli powder to it.

Add chopped bhindi and let it cook for 8-10 minutes. Open the bhindi and cook it so that it becomes crispy and crunchy. After this, when the bhindi is ready to be fried, add salt to it according to taste. Here you go, crispy, crunchy bhindi is prepared.

You must serve this bhindi hot with paratha or roti and eat it.
