Ingredients for making red chilli stuffed pickle:

500 grams thick red chillies

1 tbsp mustard powder

1 tbsp red chilli powder

1 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder

1 tbsp coriander powder

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1 tbsp fenugreek powder

1 tbsp fennel powder

1/2 tsp nigella seeds

1/2 tsp celery seeds

2-3 tbsp mustard oil

Salt to taste

Method of making red chilli stuffed pickle:

First of all, choose thick and fresh red chillies. Break their stalks and remove them.

Add the ground spices to a pan and fry them on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

When the spices are well fried, add 2-3 tbsp of mustard oil and mix well.

Let the stuffing cool down a bit, then carefully fill each chilli.

Keep the stuffed chillies in the sun for 2-3 days.

When the chillies are well-dried, store them in an airtight container.
