250 grams of mushrooms
Two large onions
Two capsicums
Two tablespoons of mushroom tikka masala
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Half a teaspoon of kasuri methi
Half a teaspoon of coriander powder
Half a teaspoon of cumin powder
Half a teaspoon of black pepper powder
Two tablespoons of butter
Two tablespoons of oil
Method of making mushroom tikka masala:
First of all, wash the mushrooms well and cut them from the middle and keep them in a bowl. Put half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of chili and half a teaspoon of salt on the mushroom pieces, mix well and keep it for marinating for 5 minutes.
Put two teaspoons of butter in a pan and lightly fry the onion and capsicum cut in square shape. Now put half a cup of curd and all the ground spices in a bowl and mix well.
