Method of making Mix Veg
First of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and cut them.
Heat oil in a pan and fry all the vegetables till they turn light golden. After this, take them out in a plate.
Now heat the remaining oil in the same pan. Add onion and fry till golden.
Then, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and a little water and saute the spices well.
When the spices are sauteed, add tomatoes and cook till they become soft.
Now, add the sauteed vegetables, paneer, chaat masala and mix veg masala and mix well.
Finally, add garam masala and mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
