First of all, put the pan on low flame and fry the dry chillies in it. Keep in mind that the seeds have to be removed. Now take another pan and put whole coriander, cloves, cumin seeds, one and a half teaspoons of fennel, big cardamom, break the cinnamon and roast them on low flame. After this, blend all these spices in the blender. Now add dry mango powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black salt and pulse them and make a powder.
