Whole cream milk: 2-3 cups

Makhana: about half a cup

Sugar: according to taste

Saffron: 1-2 pinches according to your wish

Dry fruits: can be finely chopped (cashews, pistachios, almonds)

Ghee: 2 teaspoons

Cardamom powder: two pinches

Prepare Makhana Kheer in these ways

First, add ghee to a pan and lightly fry the makhana.

After this, boil milk in another pan and add makhana to it.

Then, add chopped dry fruits like cashews, almonds, and pistachios.

Now you have to keep cooking it till it thickens. After this, add cardamom powder and sugar.

Then, when the Kheer thickens, turn off the gas.

Decorate by adding saffron on top.
