Eating lemon is very beneficial for our health. It contains plenty of vitamin C and minerals. It is very beneficial for our hair and health. Today we will make instant lemon pickle which is very spicy and tangy to eat.

Let’s know what ingredients we will need to make lemon pickle!

Ingredients for making lemon pickle:

500 grams of amla

One teaspoon nigella seeds

Perfect match celery

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon cumin powder

One teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder

One teaspoon mustard powder

Half a bowl of oil

Half a teaspoon fenugreek seeds

Half a teaspoon fennel

Salt according to taste

Method of making lemon pickle:

First of all, clean the lemon thoroughly. Grind four of them, add one spoon of salt and keep it for 1 to 2 hours. Heat half a bowl of mustard oil in a pan. When the oil is heated properly, add cumin seeds, nigella seeds, celery and sweet fennel to it. Do not burn this tempering too much.

After 10 to 15 seconds, add the ground spices and lemon juice to it and cook for one to two minutes and finally add salt as per taste.
