Ingredients required to make chicken masala:

. 500 grams chicken

. 2 to 3 finely chopped onions

. Two finely chopped tomatoes

. Two teaspoons garam masala powder

. One teaspoon chicken masala powder

. One teaspoon coriander powder

. One teaspoon turmeric powder

. One teaspoon chili powder

. One teaspoon cumin powder

. Half cup curd

. Juice of half lemon

. Two bay leaves

. Two dried red chillies

. Two tablespoons ginger garlic paste

. Salt according to taste

. Half cup oil

. Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method to make chicken masala:

Clean the chicken thoroughly with water and add half a teaspoon turmeric, half a teaspoon red chilli, juice of half a lemon, 5 to 6 teaspoons curd and half a teaspoon salt and mix and keep for half an hour. Put half a cup of oil in a cooker and when it gets hot, add half a teaspoon cumin, two bay leaves and dried red chillies and let them crackle.

After this, add finely chopped onion, finely chopped tomato and ginger garlic paste and fry well. When the onion is fried well, add all the ground spices and cover and cook well for 2 to 5 minutes. When the onion and spices are fried well and the oil starts coming to the top, add the marinated chicken and fry on high flame for 5 minutes. Then add half a cup of water and let it whistle twice. Serve by adding finely chopped coriander leaves.
