What ingredients will we need to make maize roti?

Ingredients for making Makki ki Roti:

One cup of maize flour

Half cup of wheat flour

Two tablespoons of ghee

Half teaspoon of nigella seeds

Half teaspoon of carom seeds

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Salt according to taste

Method of making Makki ki Roti:

To make Makki ki Roti, first of all mix maize flour and wheat flour well in a big vessel and add half teaspoon of nigella seeds, half teaspoon of carom seeds and salt according to taste, finely chopped coriander leaves and knead a soft dough well. To make Makki ki Roti even more soft, keep the dough aside for 10 minutes to set. Heat the pan on medium flame. Now apply ghee on your hands to make roti. Take a dough ball and make round roti with the help of hands.

Do not make this roti too big otherwise it may break. To make Makki ki Roti, first apply a spoonful of ghee on all sides of the pan, so that the roti does not stick and when it becomes slightly lukewarm, place the Makki Roti on it with the help of your palms and cook it till both sides turn golden.
