Masala Poha: Sometimes we are in a hurry early in the morning, then we have to make something to eat quickly, and we get confused. Today we have brought a very delicious recipe of Masala Poha for you, which will be healthy and tasty for breakfast. Which you can prepare in minutes.

And know what ingredients we will need to make Masala Poha.

Ingredients for Masala Poha:

250 grams Poha

Two onions finely chopped

One tomato finely chopped

2-3 green chillies

Half a bowl of roasted peanuts

Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder

Half a teaspoon of red chilli powder

Half a teaspoon of garam masala

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Juice of one lemon

Half a bowl of sev

Salt according to taste

Method of making Masala Poha:

To make Masala Poha, we have to wash the Poha thoroughly and remove all the water from the Poha and keep it in a plate. Now heat a pan on the gas, add three tablespoons of oil and let it heat up.

When the oil is hot, temper it with half a teaspoon of mustard seeds, finely chopped green chillies and curry leaves. As soon as the tempering crackles, add finely chopped onion to it. Once the onion is fried, add finely chopped tomato and fry for 3 minutes.

When the onion and tomato are fried well, add all the ground spices and stir for 1 to 2 minutes. When all the spices are fried well, add soaked poha to it and mix well.

Fry on high flame for two to three minutes. Finally, add finely chopped coriander and lemon juice to it. Take out the poha in a plate and put sev on it.

Your very tasty and quick masala poha is ready!
