Ingredients for making Methi kadhi:

• One bowl of gram flour

• One bowl of curd

• One teaspoon turmeric powder

• One teaspoon red chili powder

• Half a teaspoon of Methi seeds

• Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds

• Curry leaves

• 2 to 3 dry red chilies

• Salt according to taste

• Finely chopped coriander leaves

• A pinch of Hing

Method of making Methi kadhi:

To make the kadhi, first of all, we will mix curd and gram flour well in a mixer grinder for 2 to 3 minutes. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add Methi and mustard seasoning to it. When the seasoning crackles, add curry leaves to it and also fry the dry red chilies. When all the seasoning crackles well, add curd and gram flour balls to it; also add half a teaspoon of turmeric to it and cook it on low flame for half an hour.

Finally, add salt to it according to taste. Keep in mind that you should add salt in the Kadhi at the end; otherwise, the curd will curdle, and the Kadhi will not be tasty. Finally, garnish it with finely chopped coriander.
