 Ingredients for making chilli pickle:

250 grams green chilli

One teaspoon fenugreek

One teaspoon fennel

One teaspoon mustard

One teaspoon black pepper

One teaspoon cumin

One teaspoon celery

One teaspoon chili powder

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon coriander powder

One teaspoon dry mango powder

Salt according to taste

Half bowl oil

Method of making chilli pickle:

First of all wash the chilli thoroughly and wipe it dry with a cotton cloth. Break and remove all the stalks of the chilli. This will prevent the chilli pickle from spoiling quickly. Now put all the whole spices in a pan and fry for three to four minutes until a sweet smell comes.

When all the spices are prepared well, then prepare it by grinding it coarsely.

Now put half a bowl of oil in a pan and heat the oil well. When the oil becomes hot, take it out and keep it aside. We will put slightly hot oil in the chilli pickle because it doubles the taste.

Now take chilli in a big bowl and add all the ground masala in it and also add the whole spice paste we had made and mix everything well. Add salt as per taste and add lukewarm oil and mix well. You can add half a teaspoon of black salt, it enhances the taste. Your instant green chilli pickle is ready which is very spicy to eat. Keep this pickle in a glass jar so that you can use this pickle for more days. You can enjoy chilli pickle with stuffing paratha or lunch.
