Ingredients for making Mix Pakora:
- 200 grams of fresh spinach
- Half a bowl of finely chopped onion
- Half a bowl of finely chopped cabbage
- Half a bowl of finely chopped whole onion
- Two bowls of gram flour
- Half a bowl of semolina
- Finely chopped green chilies
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- One teaspoon of dry mango powder
- Half a teaspoon of chili powder
- Oil for frying
- Salt according to taste

Method of making Mix Pakora :
First of all, clean the vegetables thoroughly, chop them finely, and keep them in a vessel. Add one bowl of gram flour, two to three tablespoons of semolina, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, half a teaspoon of chili powder, finely chopped green chilies, and salt according to taste to these chopped vegetables and mix well.
Keep the mixed batter aside for some time to set. And at the same time, heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, take small amounts of batter and fry small pakoras in the pan. Fry them twice to make them more crunchy. You can enjoy mixed pakoras with evening tea or dal-rice. If you want, you can also enjoy pakoras with chutney.
