Ingredients required to make Mix Veg:

Half bowl of finely chopped potatoes

Half bowl of finely chopped onions

Half bowl of finely chopped tomatoes

Half bowl of finely chopped beans

Half bowl of finely chopped carrots

Half bowl of finely chopped capsicum

Half bowl of finely chopped cabbage

Half bowl of peas

Half bowl of finely chopped paneer

Half teaspoon coriander

Half teaspoon black pepper

Half teaspoon cumin powder

Half teaspoon chaat masala

Half teaspoon vegetable masala

One cup oil

Salt according to taste

One teaspoon butter

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Method to make Mix Veg:

Wash all the green vegetables thoroughly. Put half cup oil in the pan and dip fry all the vegetables and take them out.

Put finely chopped onion in oil and fry till it turns brown. Add all the ground spices to the fried onion and fry for 5 minutes. Mix the finely chopped tomatoes and all the vegetables well with the spices and cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
