One finely chopped onion

3-4 finely chopped green chillies

5-6 finely chopped garlic

1 inch finely chopped ginger

Half teaspoon turmeric

Half teaspoon red chilli

Half teaspoon chaat masala

Half teaspoon cumin powder

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Salt according to taste

Method of making radish parathas:

First of all wash the radish thoroughly and grate it finely with the help of a grater. When all the radishes fall together, add half a teaspoon of salt to it, mix it and squeeze it with strong hands. Squeeze and remove all its water.

Now heat three to four teaspoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, add finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped ginger – garlic and finely chopped onion and fry it.

When all these spices are fried well, add grated radish to it and fry it well. Finally add finely chopped coriander and mix and keep it aside in a plate to cool.

Take out the flour in a vessel, add one spoon of salt and knead it well. Keep in mind that the dough should be a little softer than normal roti. This will make the Mooli paratha very soft and very tasty to eat.

Make small balls of dough and fill the prepared stuffing in them, roll them gently with hands and cook on medium flame.

Serve this Mooli paratha with curd, coriander chutney, sour chutney or sweet chutney as per your choice and enjoy it.
