Ingredients for making Mushroom Chili:
- Two hundred and fifty grams of mushrooms
- One capsicum
- One onion
- Half a bowl of corn flour
- Half a bowl of flour
- Half a teaspoon of food color
- One tablespoon of soy sauce
- One tablespoon chili sauce
- One tablespoon of tomato ketchup
- One tablespoon of Schezwan sauce
- Salt according to taste.
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- Oil for frying

Method of making Mushroom Chili:
To make mushroom chili, we will first marinate the mushrooms. Cut the mushrooms into long pieces for marination and keep them in a bowl. Add two teaspoons of corn flour, two teaspoons of flour, half a teaspoon of ginger garlic paste, half a teaspoon of chili powder, half a teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of soy sauce, and one teaspoon of Schezwan sauce, and mix well and keep it aside for 10 minutes to set.
Now heat oil in a pan and fry all the mushrooms well till they become crispy and take them out. In the remaining oil, add ginger garlic paste, finely chopped onion, and capsicum and fry well. When the onion is fried a little, add all the sauces and mix. When a nice thick gravy is ready, add fried mushrooms to it and fry on high flame. Keeping the flame high gives a golden aroma, which adds to the taste of the food. We need high flame to make any Chinese dish.
Serve the prepared mushroom chili by adding finely chopped coriander leaves and enjoy it with your family.
