Method of making Mutton Masala:

To make mutton masala, first of all, clean the mutton well, add turmeric and salt, and keep it covered in a vessel. Now heat half a bowl of oil in a pressure cooker. In this oil, add all the whole spices. As soon as the tadka crackles well, add finely chopped onions and fry on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep in mind that the flame has to be kept low. Because we have to fry the onion very well so that the onion melts well. As soon as the onion loses its color and turns light brown, add all the ground spices and fry well by adding 2 to 3 spoons of water.

When the spices are fried well, add finely chopped tomatoes and cook well. Now add marinated mutton and fry on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. Keep stirring it until the spices and mutton are fried well. Lastly, add two tablespoons of mutton masala and salt as per taste, add one glass of water, and fry for 3 to 4 times. In this way, your mutton will be cooked very well and will be delicious to eat.
