  • Curry leaves
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric

Method of making Namkeen vermicelli :

To make Namkeen vermicelli, first heat oil in a pan. When it gets hot, add cumin seeds and mustard seeds to it. When the tadka crackles, add curry leaves to it and add finely chopped onion and finely chopped vegetables and fry for two to three minutes. When the vegetables are fried well, add all the ground spices to it and cook for two to three minutes.

Now add salt according to taste and finally add Maggi masala and also add one and a half glasses of water and cook for two minutes.

After 5 to 10 minutes, your fluffy vermicelli is ready!
