Ingredients:
Two boiled potatoes
One cup curd
3-4 teaspoons kuttu ka atta or water chestnut flour
1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
One big cardamom
One teaspoon of rock salt
One teaspoon of coriander leaves
Oil for frying
Method of making:
First of all, boil and peel the potatoes and mash them well.
Add black pepper, cumin powder, crushed black cardamom, rock salt, and coriander leaves to the potatoes.
After this, add buckwheat flour or water chestnut flour to it and prepare a dough by mixing everything well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Make small balls from the dough and shape them into vadas.
Please put them in hot oil and fry till they turn golden brown.
Take curd in a bowl and soak the vadas in it for 5-10 minutes.
Place the dahi vadas on a plate, garnish with cumin seeds, salt and coriander leaves, and serve chilled.
