Ingredients required for making onion pakoras:
250 grams onion
One cup gram flour
Four tablespoons semolina
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
One teaspoon cumin powder
Half a teaspoon black pepper powder
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Finely chopped coriander
Two tablespoons corn flour
Salt according to taste
Oil for frying
Method of making onion pakoras:
Peel the onion well, chop it into thin long pieces. Add turmeric, salt, chilli, cumin, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, corn flour and semolina to the onion, mix well and keep it for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil by placing a pan on the gas and when the oil is well heated, fry the onion mixture like small pakoras and take them out. To make the onion pakoras more crispy, fry them twice.
Your delicious crispy onion pakoras are ready! Serve them with chutney or tomato ketchup and enjoy them.
