Ingredients for making spinach paratha:
200 grams spinach
Two cups flour
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
One teaspoon turmeric powder
Half teaspoon chili powder
Three tablespoons curd
Half teaspoon nigella seeds
Half teaspoon celery
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt according to taste
Method of making spinach paratha:
First of all, wash the spinach thoroughly. Spinach paratha is made in many ways. You can mix finely chopped spinach in the flour or you can also make spinach paste and mix it in the flour. Making paratha with finely chopped spinach doubles its taste.
Take flour in a large vessel and add chopped spinach, finely chopped coriander leaves, one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoon dry mango powder, half teaspoon nigella seeds, half teaspoon celery, half teaspoon turmeric, three tablespoons curd and salt according to taste and knead the dough well.
Leave the dough to set for half an hour so that the dough becomes soft and the parathas become very tasty. Heat the pan and gently roll the parathas into round shapes. Cook the parathas until both sides turn golden. You can use either butter or ghee in this paratha.
