500 grams spinach
Half a bowl of gram flour
Two large onions
Two tomatoes
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
One teaspoon coriander
One teaspoon chili
One teaspoon turmeric
One teaspoon Kashmiri red chili
One teaspoon cumin powder
One teaspoon black pepper
One teaspoon garam masala
One bowl oil
Finely chopped coriander
Salt according to taste
Method of making Palak Kofta
To make Palak Kofta, first wash the spinach thoroughly and chop it finely and keep it in a large bowl. Add half a cup of gram flour, half a teaspoon turmeric, half a teaspoon salt, half a teaspoon cumin and half a teaspoon chili powder in this bowl and prepare a mixture.
Now heat oil in a pan and make small spinach pakoras in it and take them out. Now add half a teaspoon cumin in the remaining oil and add finely chopped onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the onion is fried well, add the paste of two tomatoes in it. Cook covered for 1 to 2 minutes. When the onion and tomato melt well, add all the ground spices to it and fry for 1 to 2 minutes. When all the spices are fried well, add salt and garam masala according to taste and stir. When the spices start giving out an aroma, add a glass of water and boil it. When the spices boil well, add the spinach pakoras to it. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
