Method of making Palak Paratha:

To make Palak Paratha, first of all, we will prepare the dough for the paratha. In a big vessel, add two teaspoons of ghee to the flour. Add half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, and half a teaspoon of chili powder and mix well. Now, on the other hand, chop the spinach finely and mix it in the flour. If you want, you can also make a paste of spinach. Parathas taste very delicious when made in both ways. Now add a little water to the flour and prepare a soft dough. Keep the prepared dough aside for 10 to 15 minutes. This will set the dough well, and the parathas will be prepared very well. After 10 to 15 minutes, heat the pan on a low flame and roll it like a normal paratha, apply ghee on both sides, and cook on a low flame.
