Ingredients required to make Cauliflower Paratha
Wheat flour- 2 cups
Cauliflower and its stalk- 1 cup (grated)
Ginger (grated)- 1 teaspoon
Green chilli (finely chopped)- 1-2 pieces
Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt according to taste
Desi ghee- as per requirement
How to make it
1. Prepare the cauliflower and stalk
First, grate the cauliflower and its stalk. Add salt to it and leave it for 10 minutes. Then, squeeze it by hand to remove excess water.
2. Prepare the masala
Add ginger, turmeric, green chilli, and roasted cumin to the squeezed cauliflower. Add salt and spices as required and mix well.
3. Knead the dough
Add some water and a pinch of salt to the wheat flour and knead a soft dough. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
4. Roll the paratha and fill it
Make a dough ball of the kneaded dough. Roll it lightly and fill 1 tbsp cauliflower masala in the centre. Close the mouth of the dough ball and roll it lightly.
5. Bake the paratha
Put the paratha in a hot pan. Bake it on both sides till it becomes golden and crispy. Apply desi ghee on top while baking.

The cauliflower stalk paratha is ready. Serve it hot with white butter, green chutney, or curd.
