First, put the pan on a low flame and fry the dry chilli. Keep in mind that the seeds have to be removed. Now, take another pan and put whole coriander, cloves, cumin seeds, one and a half teaspoons of fennel seeds, and big cardamom. Break the cinnamon and roast them on low flame. After this, blend all these spices in the blender. Now, make a powder and pulse dry mango powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, and black.
