Oats Idli: Today we have brought the recipe of such a South Indian dish. From children to adults, everyone gets happy on hearing its name. Idli is a dish liked by everyone. Idli is made from many types of grains like Rava, dal-rice, oats etc.

Today we will tell you how to make a special idli which is not only delicious to eat, but is also full of health benefits. We will not make this idli by mixing dal and rice. We will prepare it by making it with oats and some green vegetables. You already know about oats, how beneficial it is for our health. So today we will make oats idli.

Ingredients for making Oats Idli:

500 Oats

Curry leaves

Two hundred grams curd

Half chopped onion

Half chopped carrot

Half chopped capsicum

Half chopped tomato

Mustard seeds

One teaspoon Eno

Salt as per taste

Method of making Oats Idli:

Mix oats and curd well in a bowl and let it set for half an hour. On the other hand, heat a pan and add two teaspoons of oil to it. When the pan gets a little hot, add half a teaspoon of mustard, curry leaves and finely chopped chilli to it. After the tempering, add finely chopped onion and all the finely chopped vegetables and fry for three to four minutes.

When the vegetables are fried well, add half a teaspoon of chilli, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of cumin and salt to it. After frying for two to three minutes, mix these vegetables well in the oats and curd batter and also add one teaspoon of Eno to it.
