1 kg raw mango

2 tablespoons salt

1 tablespoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon fenugreek seeds

1 teaspoon asafoetida

2 tablespoons vinegar

Method to make oil-free mango pickle:

First of all, wash the raw mangoes thoroughly and dry them.

When the mangoes are dry, peel them and cut them into small pieces.

Now to make the pickle masala, lightly fry the mustard, fennel and fenugreek seeds. Keep in mind, do not fry them too much.
