Ingredients:

Half cup poha
Half cup semolina (rawa)
Half cup curd
Half a cup of finely chopped vegetables (carrot, capsicum, onion)
One teaspoon of ginger-green chilli paste
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half teaspoon garam masala
Half teaspoon coriander powder
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
Half teaspoon celery
Half teaspoon cumin
Half a teaspoon of baking soda
Two tablespoons coriander leaves
Salt to taste

Method:

First of all, take poha and semolina. Wash the poha and soak it for 5 minutes, then squeeze and mash it.
Add semolina to a bowl, add curd, and keep it for 10 minutes.
Mix soaked poha and semolina. Add chopped vegetables, ginger-green chilli paste, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder, red chilli powder, celery, cumin and salt.
Mix well and make a thick batter.
Add half a teaspoon of baking soda to make the batter swell.

Make small round bites from the mixture.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the bites.

Fry till golden on both sides. You can also make them in an air fryer or apple pat.

Serve hot Poha Semolina Bites with green chutney or tomato sauce.
