Ingredients:
Potatoes – 2 (boiled)
Curd – 40 grams
Semolina – 90 grams
Gram flour – 2 tablespoons
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Water – 200 ml
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 1 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves – a little
For tempering:
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves – 2-3 sprigs
Chili flakes – 1/2 teaspoon
Method of preparation:
First, put the boiled potatoes in the mixer with water and make an excellent paste.
Add curd, semolina, gram flour, salt and water as required to this potato paste and rerun the mixer. Keep in mind that the solution should remain thick.
Add finely chopped onion, tomato and green coriander to this prepared solution and mix well.
Now, Ihaveistimee to temper! Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add mustard, cumin, asafoetida, curry leaves, and chilli flakes and fry them lightly.
