Ingredients to make Mawa Barfi:

250 grams fresh mawa

1 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

2 teaspoons finely chopped pistachios

2 teaspoons finely chopped cashews

2 teaspoons finely chopped almonds

2 teaspoons ghee

How to make Mawa Barfi:

Prepare Mawa: First, take fresh mawa and grate it. Then, mash it lightly with your hands.

Fry Mawa: Heat ghee in a pan. Add mawa to it and fry on low flame till it becomes light golden. Then, turn off the flame and let the mawa cool.

Make syrup: In another pan, make syrup by mixing sugar and a little water. Cook till the syrup thickens a little.

Mix everything: When the syrup cools down a little, add roasted mawa, cardamom powder, cashews, and almonds and mix well.

Freeze the barfi: Grease a tray with ghee and spread the mixture in it. Sprinkle pistachios on top and freeze for 1/2 hour.

Cut the barfi: When the barfi is frozen, cut it into desired shapes.

Your delicious mawa barfi is ready!
