To make potato balls you need:
Boiled potatoes – (as per requirement)
Bread crumbs – half cup
Red chili powder – half teaspoon
Garam masala – half teaspoon
Chat masala – half teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
Oil – for frying
Method of making potato balls:
First of all, mash the boiled potatoes well. Make sure that there are no lumps in the potatoes.
Now add bread crumbs, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala and salt to the mashed potatoes. Mix everything well.
Take bread slices and cut their edges and separate them. Dip the bread in a little water and squeeze it with both hands.
Now fill the potato mixture inside the squeezed bread and if you want, you can also add a little cheese. Then give it a round laddu-like shape.
In the same way, prepare all the balls.
Heat oil in a pan. Once the oil is heated properly, reduce the flame to medium and deep fry the balls till they turn golden brown.
