Ingredients for Rajasthani Kadhi:
One bowl of gram flour
One bowl of curd
One teaspoon of turmeric powder
One teaspoon of red chili powder
Half a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
Curry leaves
2 to 3 dry red chilies
Salt according to taste.
Finely chopped coriander leaves
A pinch of asafoetida

Method of making Rajasthani Kadhi:
To make Kadhi, first of all, we will mix curd and gram flour well in a mixer grinder for 2 to 3 minutes. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add fenugreek and mustard tadka in it. When the tadka crackles, add curry leaves and also fry the dry red chilies. When all the tadka crackles well, add curd and gram flour balls in it. Also add half a teaspoon of turmeric and cook it on low flame for half an hour.
Finally, add salt according to taste. Keep in mind that you should add salt to the Kadhi at the end; otherwise, the curd will curdle, and the Kadhi will not become tasty. Finally, garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
