Rajma Masala: Rajma Masala is a very famous and delicious dish. Rajma Masala is considered to be the first choice of Punjabis. Today we have brought for you such a delicious Rajma vegetable recipe which is very tasty and delicious to eat.

 

Rajma contains a lot of protein and its consumption will not only change the taste of your mouth but is also very beneficial for health. People make Rajma Masala in many different ways. But today we will tell you such a delicious vegetable recipe of Rajma which will double the taste of your Rajma Masala.

So let’s know what ingredients we will need to make Rajma Masala! 

Ingredients for making Rajma Masala:

250 grams of Rajma

Half a bowl of finely chopped onion

Half a bowl of finely chopped tomato

One teaspoon garam masala

One teaspoon turmeric powder

One teaspoon chili powder

One teaspoon coriander powder

One teaspoon mutton masala

Two dried red chilies

Two bay leaves

Half a teaspoon whole cumin seeds

Finely chopped coriander leaves

Salt according to taste

One bowl oil

Method of making Rajma Masala:

Soak Rajma well overnight for Rajma Masala. Next morning, when it swells, take it out after giving it three to four whistles. Now add half a bowl of oil and let it heat up. As soon as the oil gets hot, add one teaspoon cumin seeds, two bay leaves and two dried red chilies to it.

Now when the tadka crackles, add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry it well. Add onion, garlic, tomato and all the ground spices and mix well. When the oil starts leaving the masala, add boiled rajma to it and cook it for two to three minutes.

Finally, add one spoon of garam masala and one spoon of mutton masala and mix it and let it whistle 1 to 2 times. When the whistle blows, add finely chopped coriander to it.

The spicy rajma masala dish is ready!

Serve it with roti, paratha or rice.
