Ingredients to make Rajma Paratha:
One cup of rajma
Two cups of flour
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped coriander leaves
Half a teaspoon of turmeric
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
Salt according to taste.
Three to four tablespoons of ghee
Two teaspoons of refined oil

Method to make Rajma Paratha:
First of all, we will soak the rajma overnight and drain all the water from it in the morning. Now we will take 3 to 4 whistles of Rajma in the cooker and take it out. Drain all the water from the rajma and let it cool down. Make a thick mixture with the help of a grinder. Keep in mind that it should not be ground completely finely; it has to be coarsely ground. Add finely chopped onion, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of chili, half a teaspoon of dry mango powder, and salt according to taste and mix. Also add fine coriander to it and prepare the stuffing well.
Now to prepare the dough for paratha, take flour in a big vessel and prepare a nice, soft dough by adding two teaspoons of ghee and salt according to taste. Keep the prepared dough aside for half an hour to set. Once the dough is set, take small pieces of dough and fill them with rajma stuffing, and apply ghee on the paratha and bake it on medium flame like a normal paratha.
