1. Tomato Onion Gravy
Put two tomatoes, two onions, four garlic cloves, a 1-inch piece of ginger, half a teaspoon of turmeric, half a teaspoon of coriander, and red chili powder in a cooker and whistle it. Then after it cools down, grind it well and keep it. You can easily make a paste of this mixture with any vegetable.
2. Cashew Almond Paste

3. Coconut Peanut Paste
Chop the coconut finely and lightly fry the peanuts and make a paste together. You can use this paste to make any green vegetable. It tastes very delicious.

4. Curd Paste
Add one spoon of coriander, one spoon of turmeric, one spoon of chili, half a spoon of cumin, and half a spoon of black pepper powder in half a bowl of curd and mix well. This is such a great gravy that you can make it by adding it to any kind of vegetable.
