Ingredients for making roti ki sabzi
Three to four rotis
Finely chopped onion
Finely chopped tomato
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste

One teaspoon Kasuri methi
Half bowl of curd
Two tablespoons oil

Method of making roti ki sabzi
First of all, we will cut the remaining rotis into small pieces and keep them in a plate. Now put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and deep fry the roti pieces. After frying, take them out in a plate and keep them to cool. In the remaining oil, add half a teaspoon of cumin tadka, and when the tadka crackles, add finely chopped onion and ginger garlic paste and fry well. While the onion is frying, we will prepare a masala. In a bowl, beat the curd and all the ground spices well.
When the onion is fried well, add chopped tomatoes and masala mixed with curd and fry on medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. When all the spices are mixed well and oil starts appearing on top, add fried roti in it and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Add salt according to taste. Your delicious roti sabzi is ready. Garnish it with fine coriander and serve with roti, paratha and puri.
