Veg Chapati Roll

Ingredients: Chapati – 8 to 9

Oil or Ghee – as per requirement

Red chilli sauce – 4 teaspoons

Chopped tomatoes – 1/4 cup

Chopped cucumber – 1/4 cup

Finely chopped coriander leaves – two to three teaspoons

Grated carrot – 1/4 cup

Finely chopped onion – 1/4 cup

Finely chopped cabbage – 1/4 cup

Salt – as per taste

Cheese spread – two to three teaspoons

Cottage cheese pieces – 7 to 8 pieces of paneer

Prepare it this way

To prepare a chapati roll, you must put all the stuffing ingredients in a big vessel and mix them well. Now, apply half a teaspoon of red chilli sauce on each roti. After this, divide the stuffing into a total of eight pieces. Spread one part of the stuffing on each roti, then roll the roti well. Now heat a non-stick pan and apply oil to it. As soon as the oil is hot, place it on it and fry it from both sides, then serve with your favourite gravy or sauce.

Roti Noodles

Ingredients: Stale chapati – 3 to 4

Finely chopped garlic – 4 small cloves

Oil – 3 teaspoons

Green chillies – three to four

Finely chopped onions – two

Three chopped capsicum – 1/2 cup

Grated capsicum – 1/2 cup

Tomato ketchup – 4 teaspoons

Salt – according to taste

Soya sauce – 2 teaspoons

Finely chopped green onions – 4 teaspoons

Soya sauce – 2 teaspoons

Vinegar – 1 teaspoon

Prepare roti noodles in this way

Talking about the chapati roll, cut it into thin strips in the shape of noodles with the help of scissors. Now separate the chapati noodles. Then, heat the oil in a pan and add garlic, chilli, cabbage, carrot, onion, and capsicum. Cook on high flame for two to three minutes. Add salt, vinegar, and soya sauce to the pan when all the vegetables are cooked and mix well. Finally, addtohapati noodles to the pan and cook on high flame for two to three minutes while mixing all the ingredients. Now garnish with finely chopped onions.
