Ingredients to make Sattu Paratha:
500 grams flour
200 grams gram flour
Two tablespoons finely chopped ginger garlic
Two tablespoons finely chopped onion
One teaspoon finely chopped coriander
One teaspoon pickle masala
One teaspoon dry mango powder
Juice of one lemon
Half teaspoon nigella seeds
Half teaspoon celery
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt according to taste and
Three to four teaspoons mustard oil
Method to make Sattu Paratha:
To make paratha, we will first prepare the dough. Take flour in a big vessel and add two teaspoons of ghee and half a teaspoon of salt. Then knead the dough well and let the dough set for half an hour.
Now we will prepare the stuffing, for which you take gram flour in a bowl and add finely chopped onion, finely chopped ginger garlic, celery, mangrela, pickle masala, turmeric powder, dry mango powder and lemon juice and mix well. Finally, prepare the stuffing by adding salt and finely chopped coriander as per taste and mashing it well with hands.
Heat the tawa on medium flame and take round balls of dough, fill the stuffing in it and roll it with light hands. When the tawa is well heated, fry the sattu paratha well from both sides like parathas.
Your sattu paratha is ready! Serve spicy coriander chutney with paratha which will enhance its taste.
