It is also prepared very quickly in the morning.
Ingredients for making Palak Cheela:
500 grams spinach
500 grams flour
Finely chopped onion
One teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Half teaspoon turmeric
Half teaspoon dry mango powder
Half teaspoon chaat masala
Salt according to taste
Two tablespoons oil
Method of making Palak Cheela:
To make Palak Cheela, first of all, wash the spinach thoroughly and prepare a fine paste in the mixer grinder jar. Take flour in a large vessel, add one teaspoon ginger garlic paste, half teaspoon chaat masala, half teaspoon dry mango powder and half teaspoon turmeric and mix well. When the spices are mixed well in the flour, then add spinach paste to it and prepare a good batter by adding one glass of water.
And add salt according to taste to this batter, and keep this batter to set for 5 to 10 minutes. Now heat the pan on medium flame and prepare thin chillas. To make the chilla more delicious, cook it on medium flame till it becomes light golden on both the sides and prepare all the chillas in this manner and serve it with sauce or tomato chutney.
