Ingredients required:

1 cup makhana

2 cups curd

½ cup water (if the curd is too thick)

½ tsp roasted cumin powder

½ tsp coriander powder

¼ tsp black salt

White salt to taste

Fresh coriander leaves (for garnishing)

Process of making:

First of all, roast the makhanas lightly, so that they become crispy.

Now soak them in lukewarm water for 10-15 minutes. This will make them soft.

Take fresh curd in a large bowl and add water as per requirement and whisk it well.

Now add roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, black salt and white salt and mix well.

Add the soaked makhanas to the curd, mix and let it cool in the fridge for 10-15 minutes.

After it cools down, garnish it with fresh coriander and serve.
