Ingredients for making Semolina Chilla:
- 500 grams of semolina
- Two cups of curd
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Half a teaspoon of red chili powder
- Half a teaspoon of chaat masala
- Half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
- Curry leaves
- Two tablespoons of oil
- Salt according to taste.

Method of making Semolina Chilla:
To make semolina chilla, first of all, we will prepare the batter of semolina. For this, keep the semolina in a big bowl and mix curd and beat it well. Keep this mixed butter for 10 to 15 minutes to set. After 10-15 minutes, add some water to it and prepare a good batter. Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves to it. As soon as the tempering crackles, pour it into the semolina batter. It gives a very good taste.
After the batter is ready, prepare thin chillas on the pan like dosa. Prepare all the chillas in this manner. They get prepared very quickly. Serve semolina cheela with green coriander chutney.
