1 cup sago (soaked 4-5 hours before)

2 boiled potatoes (mashed)

2 tbsp peanuts (roasted and coarsely ground)

Rock salt to taste

1 tsp black pepper powder

Ghee for frying.

1 tsp cumin powder

1 pinch dry mango powder

2 tbsp coriander leaves

To make Falahari Sabudana Aloo Tikki, mix well together soaked sago, mashed boiled potatoes, peanuts, rock salt, dry mango powder, green coriander and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
