First Step
To make paneer kulcha, first of all prepare the dough. To prepare it, add one cup of maida, about half a cup of flour, two tablespoons of semolina, a pinch of baking soda, half a cup of curd, salt according to taste and one teaspoon of oil and knead the dough. Now cover the dough and wrap it in a cloth for some time.
Second Step
Then you have to prepare the stuffing of paneer, grate the paneer in it. Then mix green chillies, green coriander, finely chopped onion, red chilli, a pinch of garam masala in it. Now you have to keep all these stuffings aside.
Third step
Now to make the top of the kulcha, finely chop the green coriander and then take out two spoons of kalonji. Now you have to set this kneaded dough and break a thick dough ball. Now spread the dough ball and fill it with paneer stuffing. When rolling it, use flour. After rolling it a little, stick kalonji in it and then roll it.
Fourth step
Put the pan on medium flame and put the prepared kulcha on it. Then you have to heat it by applying ghee on both sides. Cook it till it becomes crispy. Then take out the kulcha and apply butter on it. Now serve it with your favorite chutney and enjoy it.
